We prefer to manage your project using a database rather than an email thread. We can print any colour, image, text or logo you want so before you send any artwork please ask for a firm price and a delivery date. We can cover so much ground with a quick phone call but you can also email. If you are happy with the price and delivery we can take some details, issue a job reference number, and be ready to receive your artwork .

We like to fit in with our customers needs. If you have a deadline please let us know and we can tell you if this is possible.

For Textile Flags and Banners, Sail Banners and Parabola Banners we like a week from the artwork approval but artwork can take a week to establish, create and approve. So ideally two weeks from placing your order. But quicker in an emergency...

PVC Banners, Roller Banners and Signs take less time to produce and are generally completed in 2-4 days from artwork approval.

We issue automatic credit accounts to State Funded organisations. For private companies and individuals we ask for payment upfront by Card, Bacs or Cheque.

We pass on the cost savings of not running a full credit control department. We are not able to provide credit to non State funded organisations.

The individual and personalised nature of our custom flags and banners make it difficult to use e-commerce for the design and approval stages. We intend setting up secure payment facillities for the actual transaction but at present we accept card payments by phone or BACS payments against a Pro-Forma invoice.

Yes. All the prices on the website are correct. We honour the price you are quoted for up to 30 days. Prices exclude Delivery and VAT. For multiple orders that don't appear on the website please call or email for a price.
