Our UV Flatbed Printer allows us to print all types of signs including Foam Board, Aluminium Composite (DiBond) and Correx.
All these substrates are printed direct using a special ink that is cured using UV light. This can be seen in the photo to the right. Lamps each side of the print head create this UV light as it moves across the print surface.
All our signs can be printed full colour
using CMYK ink mode. Please see below for our three main rigid sign substrates.

Foam Board is a great material available in thicknesses of 3mm, 5mm and 10mm. Its a dense plastic so is superior to correx.
Aluminium Composite (DiBond) is made up from a plastic sandwiched by 2 thin layers of aluminium. Usually used for site hoardings or any sign that needs longer term use.
Correx is a fluted plastic material ideally suited to short term signage. It is suitable for internal or external applications.
