28KG Water Base (Tank Only)

Based on its smaller brother but weighing 28Kg when full this water flag pole base has a pair of wheels on the underside for ease of movement and positioning. It can also be used empty in very still conditions or indoors. The moulding is designed to enable stacking of bases for increased weight.
