Below is a detailed run through of the order process for custom flags and hardware. Our summer maintenance and shutdown period this year is from the 1st-11th of August. During this time we will be running maintenance checks and updating our inventory. Any custom design orders placed between 1st-11th August will be subject to slightly longer lead times. All orders will be processed when we are back up and running on the 14th (PLEASE NOTE: HARDWARE ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 1ST-4TH WILL BE DISPATCHED AS NORMAL).
One of the most frequently asked questions we get asked is "How long will my flag take to print?". It's a good question and there are a few factors involved in exactly how long it will take so please take a moment to read this page. If you need it for a specific date please get in touch and ask us if this is possible. For all stock items ordered separately such as rope will be shipped within 2-3 working days.
CUSTOM PRINTED FLAGS (5-10 Days)
After placing your order you will receive a standard order confirmation email. If this doesn't arrive please get in touch.
Before anything is printed we need to prepare your artwork and receive final approval. This process is carefully tracked through our email ticket system.
Now we have your approval we can start work on your flag. We digitally print your design onto a special fire retardant polyester.
After printing your design to the fabric we need to fixed the ink to the polyester using high temperatures of around 220 degrees C.
This is where our flags stand out from the rest. We use a strong FR 25mm edge binding with plastic tri-rings in each corner and eyelets along the long sides.
The day has come to dispatch your order. The flag is packed in its very own storage bag and sent on the service you selected (a signature will be required).
