About Us

Where are you based?

  • We operate from Farnham Common in Buckinghamshire. We are mail order only but offer very good delivery rates.

How long have you been in business?

  • We have been printing Banners and Flags since 1999. We started out printing textile flags and banners but now sell a wide range of printed products and hardware.

When I contact you who should I speak to?

  • There aren't millions of us at Banners For All but this way you get to speak to a familiar face during the whole process of your order. Stephen deals with the textile printing including Flying Banners, Fabric Banners and Soft Signage. Ashley can help with PVC Banners, Signs, Stickers, Banner Frames and anything to do with the website including the design online software.

Ordering

How do I place my order?

  • We are an eCommerce website so all orders need to be place online. You will receive the best prices and our operation is set us to process orders this way which streamlines the process and results in shorter lead times.

How long until my goods are dispatched?

  • Most orders will be processed within a couple of working days. For bespoke items we will be in touch with a design to approve by email. All hardware orders will be dispatched within 1 working day.

I don't have a computer of my own, can I place an order over the phone?

  • We understand that some people will find it difficult to order online. If you are struggling please give us a call and we can take a manual order over the phone. We will need to email a design for approval so please make sure you or a friend have access to one.

Do I need to register before placing my order?

  • You are more than welcome to checkout as a guest but to keep up to date with your order and to save time when using us again we would recommend registering on our site. It only takes a couple of minutes and if you are a registered print company you can register as a trade customer and receive extra discounts on boxed quantity hardware.

Artwork

I have my own artwork, how can I send this to you?

  • Some products will have the option to upload your own artwork. If your artwork is too large or you have multiple files you can upload these once your order has been placed. There is a link to our "WeTransfer" channel in the footer on every web page. Simply add your files, order number and email and press send. It's very easy.

I've sent my own artwork but I'm being asked to approve the design by email.

  • It would be very dangerous to print your artwork without final approval. Many small errors can occur when opening artwork on different machines so it is very important to check every detail before pressing print. We have a strict policy that no job is printed without written confirmation. If there are any errors in the final print which are shown in the proof we aren't able to refund or exchange at no extra cost.

How should I prepare artwork before sending it?

  • For detailed information on preparing artwork please visit our "Artwork" page. The following few steps will run you through the most important aspects: Make sure your page is the same scale as the overall size of your product, no bleed or crop marks are required, convert all text to outlines/curves and make sure all images and logos are placed within the file and not linked to a folder on your computer.

What colour format should I use?

  • Like most digital print processes we use CMYK inks. Preparing artwork in anything else will possibly lead to unusual results.
