Foam Board is a dense plastic material available in a variety of thicknesses. The most common we print is 5mm but our range can include 3mm up to 20mm.
We print our foam board signs using our dedicated Flatbed Printer. This uses a UV ink that prints direct to the boards surface. UV lamps either side of the print head cure the ink and produce a fade free and scratch resistant surface.
The design can include full colour images and logos. The natural finish is satin but applying different laminates can alter the boards appearance. Lamination of these prints are not always needed.

Aluminium Composite (DiBond) is made up from a plastic sandwiched by 2 thin layers of aluminium. Usually used for site hoardings or any sign that needs longer term use.
Correx is a fluted plastic material ideally suited to short term signage. It is suitable for internal or external applications.
